Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a pipeline of top talent.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including HR data management and reporting.
- Lead and facilitate employee training and development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related queries.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CIPM) certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
