Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and physical files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing new employee packets, and assisting with orientation sessions.
- Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment verifications, status changes, and benefits enrollment forms.
- Respond to routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and employee engagement events.
- Generate HR reports and presentations as requested by the HR team.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
