Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with various stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and completing necessary paperwork.
- Administer HR information systems (HRIS) data entry and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and basic benefits information.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of HR programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR Business Partners in employee relations matters and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Perform general administrative duties for the HR department.
