Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate digital and physical employee records.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Support the employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all staff members.
- Act as the initial point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees and managers, effectively resolving issues or escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR specialist.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with current employee data, ensuring data integrity.
- Help organise and coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Support the HR team with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR service delivery and employee satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritise a demanding workload.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
