Job Description
Randstad N.V. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Diemen, Netherlands. This is a critical role where you will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership teams, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives. As an HRBP, you will be instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the development and retention of our most valuable asset – our people. You will provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, organizational design, change management, employee relations, and compensation. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and bring a proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex HR challenges. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact and strategic advisor to assigned business units and leadership teams.
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies and programs that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Lead and facilitate talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
- Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with labor laws.
- Drive change management initiatives, supporting organizational restructuring, culture transformation, and employee integration efforts.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure effective recruitment and onboarding strategies for designated business areas.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and propose data-driven solutions to improve HR effectiveness.
- Support the annual compensation review process and provide insights on market trends and internal equity.
- Champion Randstad's culture and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and internal company policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong understanding of Dutch labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written in English and Dutch).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- HR certification (e.g., NIP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
- Experience working within a global organization or the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Proficiency in Dutch language at a native or near-native level.
