Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing surfaces.
- Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas thoroughly.
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and lobbies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly and safely.
