Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (toiletries, towels, etc.).
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and debris.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse properly.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, informing management when supplies are low.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Interact with guests/residents in a polite and professional manner when encountered.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and maintained.
