Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors, ensuring high hygiene standards.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in designated areas (e.g., toiletries, towels, stationery).
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Make beds neatly and change linens according to established schedules.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Handle reasonable requests from clients/guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Utilize cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper or Maid (at least 1 year)
- Knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with health and safety standards
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance
- Excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and good physical condition to perform duties (e.g., bending, lifting, standing for long periods)
