Key Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing of surfaces in all designated areas.
- Ensure all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchens, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to a high standard.
- Handle laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of clothes, linens, and other fabrics.
- Manage household inventory for cleaning supplies and other domestic necessities, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Organise and tidy cupboards, drawers, and common areas, ensuring everything is in its designated place.
- Assist with basic meal preparation and kitchen cleaning as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs within the residential units promptly.
- Maintain privacy and discretion regarding residents' personal belongings and information.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic living environment.
- Undertake occasional special cleaning projects (e.g., deep cleaning, window cleaning) as required.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful living environment for all residents.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar domestic role, preferably in a residential estate or high-end private residence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning and organization.
