Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas according to established standards and procedures.
- Replace used linen and towels; make beds neatly.
- Replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, stationery, complimentary items).
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to supervisors.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, fulfilling them or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning role.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures precisely.
