Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces in all assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to the highest standards, ensuring hygiene and freshness.
- Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household necessities, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Organize and tidy rooms, closets, and storage areas, ensuring a clutter-free and orderly environment.
- Care for delicate fabrics, antique furniture, and luxury finishes using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, as required, and manage post-meal clean-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, anticipating needs and responding to special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols within the estate.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or concerns to the estate manager in a timely manner.
