Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning tasks across all areas of the estate, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing.
- Execute deep cleaning schedules for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Manage all laundry duties, including washing, ironing, pressing, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Care for delicate fabrics, designer clothing, and high-end materials according to specific instructions.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and household necessities, notifying management for reordering.
- Organize and maintain closets, drawers, and storage areas to ensure a tidy and functional environment.
- Polish and care for antique furniture, silver, crystal, and other valuable items.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or necessary repairs promptly to the estate manager.
- Ensure the proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with estate guidelines.
- Assist with special projects or event preparations as needed, ensuring areas are pristine for guests.
- Adhere strictly to privacy and confidentiality protocols of the estate and its residents.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of professional housekeeping experience, preferably in a private estate, luxury hotel, or high-end residential setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for perfection.
- Strong knowledge of various cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.
