Job Description
FNB Nigeria is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to serve as a part-time House Sitter for our branch manager’s residence in Katampe Extension, Abuja. The House Sitter will be responsible for overseeing the security and maintenance of the property in the manager’s absence. This role requires a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to detail, ensuring the safety and well-being of the property and its contents. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of handling unexpected situations, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, regular property checks, light cleaning and maintenance, responding to minor issues, and maintaining a detailed log of activities and any unusual occurrences. Key Responsibilities
- Regularly checking the property for any security breaches or maintenance issues.
- Performing light cleaning and tidying tasks as needed.
- Responding to minor maintenance requests (e.g., minor plumbing leaks, replacing lightbulbs).
- Maintaining a detailed log of daily activities and any unusual occurrences.
- Ensuring the property is secure and protected against potential threats.
- Liaising with the property manager to report any significant issues or concerns.
- Watering plants and maintaining the general upkeep of the property's outdoor spaces.
- Accepting and managing deliveries to the property during the manager's absence.
