Luxury Lifestyle Australia is seeking an accomplished and highly discreet House Manager/Butler to oversee the seamless operation and impeccable presentation of a prominent private residence in Sydney. This is a unique opportunity to join a distinguished household, providing comprehensive support and ensuring the highest standards of domestic management and personal service. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in luxury private residences, boutique hotels, or superyachts, bringing a wealth of experience in managing staff, maintaining property, and delivering bespoke guest experiences. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the estate, anticipating the needs of the principals, and acting as the primary point of contact for all household matters. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive management and meticulous maintenance of a luxury private residence.
- Supervise and manage household staff (housekeepers, gardeners, chefs, etc.), ensuring peak performance and professionalism.
- Develop and implement efficient household systems, including inventory control, supply management, and maintenance schedules.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all external vendors, contractors, and service providers, overseeing appointments and ensuring quality of service.
- Provide impeccable butler services, including formal table service, beverage management, valet services, and wardrobe care.
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill the principals' needs and preferences with utmost discretion and efficiency.
- Plan and execute private events, gatherings, and special functions at the residence, managing all logistical details.
- Manage household budgets, process expenses, and handle various administrative tasks accurately.
- Uphold the highest standards of security, privacy, and confidentiality for the residence and its occupants at all times.
- Assist with travel planning and preparations, including packing, unpacking, and itinerary coordination.
- Execute light personal assistant duties as required, such as managing appointments and errands.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a House Manager, Butler, or similar role in a high-end private residence, luxury hotel, or superyacht.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage, motivate, and train household staff.
- Expertise in formal service etiquette, including fine dining, beverage service, and wardrobe management.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, and a professional, discreet demeanor.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset and ability to anticipate needs.
- Unwavering commitment to confidentiality, professional boundaries, and impeccable integrity.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and a clean driving record.
