Rockview Hotel Apapa is currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Hotel Room Attendant with live-in support to join our esteemed Housekeeping team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change and replace all bed linens and towels in guest rooms according to hotel procedures, ensuring fresh and clean items are always used.
- Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and other in-room supplies, ensuring items are adequately stocked and presentable.
- Inspect rooms for any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items and promptly report them to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Front Desk for resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys, linen closets, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, such as providing extra towels or amenities, and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest privacy, security, and lost and found items.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff, laundry personnel, and front desk to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required to maintain overall hotel cleanliness standards and contribute to a superior guest experience.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing for extended periods.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
