Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts, room charges, and payment transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Reconcile and balance all daily financial transactions and post revenue to appropriate accounts.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during the overnight shift.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance as needed, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare daily management reports, including occupancy statistics, revenue summaries, and other operational data.
- Maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and staff, monitoring front desk activities and hotel premises.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, process payments, and manage a balanced cash drawer.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and make wake-up calls upon request.
- Verify and transmit daily credit card batches and process no-show charges.
- Complete a thorough shift handover, communicating all relevant information to the morning front desk team.
