Key Responsibilities
- Perform the nightly audit process, reconciling all daily financial transactions and preparing daily revenue reports.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, ensuring accuracy in billing.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions with precision.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally during the overnight hours.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety and premises security.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and other service needs as required.
- Operate the hotel's property management system (PMS) and other relevant software.
- Act as the main point of contact for all hotel operations during the overnight shift.
