Key Responsibilities
- Manage late-night guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally during night hours.
- Conduct regular security rounds of the hotel premises, including monitoring CCTV systems.
- Ensure all areas of the hotel are secure and safe for guests and staff.
- Perform administrative tasks such as reconciling daily accounts, processing payments, and preparing reports for the morning shift.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with basic guest services, such as providing directions or local information.
- Set up wake-up calls and ensure they are delivered on time.
- Maintain a detailed log of all night activities, incidents, and guest requests.
- Adhere strictly to hotel policies and procedures, including emergency protocols.
- Prepare the front desk and lobby area for the morning shift, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in emergency situations, coordinating with relevant authorities if required.
