Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks across hotel facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house operations.
- Assist skilled maintenance technicians with repairs and installations of various equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Carry out minor repairs such as patching walls, painting touch-ups, changing light bulbs, and fixing simple fixtures.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and properly stored.
- Report any major maintenance issues, potential hazards, or necessary repairs to the supervisor promptly.
- Help ensure all hotel areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Respond to guest or staff requests for minor repairs or assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
