Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish all surfaces in guest rooms and designated public areas.
- Empty wastebaskets and transport soiled linens and trash to designated areas.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report any damages or issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including front office and maintenance.
