Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen and make beds daily, ensuring fresh and comfortable sleeping arrangements.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, replenishing toiletries and amenities as needed.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked housekeeping cart.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues at all times.

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
