- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, polish, and sanitize all surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, stationery).
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated collection points.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and floors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to hotel safety and security procedures, including handling of lost and found items.
