Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linen and make beds, replenish towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and hotel operating procedures.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments.
- Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and consistently.
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within set schedules.
