Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in guest rooms.
- Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas.
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management promptly.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping trolleys and storage areas.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
