Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Housekeeper/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. This role involves a variety of tasks, including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, restocking amenities, maintaining linen supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of common areas. You will be responsible for following established procedures to ensure a consistently high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable, but we are also willing to train enthusiastic and reliable candidates with a demonstrable commitment to cleanliness and efficiency. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as is the ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms according to established procedures.
- Replenishing guest room amenities, including toiletries and linens.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
- Handling laundry and linen according to hotel protocols.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed in guest rooms or public areas.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all hotel safety and security policies.
- Working effectively as part of a team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
