Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using property management systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest accounts, and manage daily cash handling.
- Assist with various administrative tasks at the front desk, including mail, faxes, and photocopying.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Actively learn and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
