Job Description
Join the prestigious team at Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, a beacon of luxury and hospitality nestled on the scenic waterfront of Victoria Island, Lagos. We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Concierge – Guest Services to elevate the stay experience for our discerning guests, with a particular focus on those utilizing our exclusive long-stay or corporate ‘staff lodging’ facilities. This is more than just a front-desk role; it’s an opportunity to become the ultimate resource and trusted advisor for our guests, ensuring their time with us is seamless, memorable, and truly extraordinary.
At Radisson Blu Anchorage, we pride ourselves on delivering a ‘Yes I Can!’ service philosophy, where every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations. As our Hotel Concierge, you will be the heart of our guest services, responsible for curating bespoke experiences, providing insightful local recommendations, and expertly handling any request, big or small. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from securing reservations at Lagos’s most exclusive restaurants and arranging premium transportation to facilitating business services and offering cultural insights into the vibrant city life of Victoria Island.
Your day will involve a dynamic range of tasks: greeting guests with a warm, genuine smile, anticipating their needs before they arise, and providing personalized assistance that reflects the high standards of our brand. You will manage complex itineraries, offer detailed information on local attractions, events, and shopping, and skillfully resolve any challenges guests might encounter with grace and efficiency. For our ‘staff lodging’ guests – often corporate executives, project teams, or long-term residents – your role extends to understanding their unique needs, ensuring their extended stay feels like a true home away from home, with access to all necessary amenities and personalized support. This involves coordinating various hotel services, liaising with other departments, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of both hotel offerings and external services.
