Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and fresh linen.
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms, ensuring they are spotless and presentable.
- Empty waste bins and transport rubbish to disposal areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.

- Proven ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, lift, and push for extended periods.
