Job Description
We are searching for a highly motivated and responsible Hotel Bouncer/Body Builder to maintain order, ensure the safety and security of our guests and property, and contribute to a positive and welcoming environment at De Choice Hotels. This role requires a strong physical presence, excellent conflict resolution skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. You will be responsible for monitoring access to the hotel, responding to incidents promptly and effectively, and working closely with hotel management to prevent and address security concerns. Your fitness and strength will be essential in ensuring the safety of our patrons and staff. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a calm and composed demeanor under pressure, while effectively diffusing tense situations. This position also involves routine patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and completing detailed incident reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and staff regularly.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring access to the hotel and ensuring only authorized personnel enter.
- Maintaining a visible presence throughout the hotel premises to deter crime and ensure guest safety.
- Responding promptly and effectively to incidents, including disturbances, accidents, and security breaches.
- Enforcing hotel rules and regulations.
- Diffusing conflicts and resolving disputes in a calm and professional manner.
- Conducting regular patrols of the hotel premises.
- Monitoring surveillance systems and reviewing security footage.
- Completing detailed incident reports and documenting all security-related events.
- Collaborating with hotel management to develop and implement security procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a security guard or bouncer
- Exceptional physical fitness and strength
- Excellent conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Ability to write clear and concise reports
- Familiarity with surveillance systems
- Valid security license (if required)
