Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or requests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Set up and clear tables, dining areas, and event spaces according to establishment standards.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, adhering to service protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public and service areas, including restrooms and dining rooms.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks or dishwashing when required.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Operate basic hospitality equipment such as coffee machines, POS systems, or cleaning tools.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
