Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and assign rooms.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information about the property and local attractions, and offer recommendations.
- Proactively address and resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with various guest services, including luggage handling, booking tours, and arranging transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas and ensure guest rooms meet established standards.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments, maintain accurate guest records, and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
- Uphold all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of mutual respect.
