Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling, ensuring safe and timely delivery to rooms.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, common areas, and designated work areas.
- Monitor and control access to hotel premises, ensuring security and safety for all guests and staff.
- Support other hotel departments (e.g., Front Desk, Housekeeping) as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management.
- Operate and maintain hotel equipment such as luggage carts and cleaning tools.
- Assist with package and mail delivery for guests and hotel departments.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of supplies and equipment within the hotel.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
