Key Responsibilities
- Assist in front office operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Support food & beverage service, learning about restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.

- Participate in the planning and execution of events, conferences, or special occasions.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, address inquiries, and resolve minor issues.
