Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage, ensuring careful handling and safe transport.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief, informative orientation to the room features and hotel amenities.
- Assist with the efficient loading and unloading of luggage from guest vehicles, taxis, and tour buses.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to relevant departments.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and dining options in Bur Dubai.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming lobby area and ensure the bell desk is always organized.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, packages, and messages to guest rooms and internal departments as required.
- Perform various errands for guests and staff when requested, always maintaining discretion and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to all hotel safety and security procedures and protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk, concierge, valet, and other hotel teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming and clear speaking manner.
- Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating empathy and a genuine desire to assist guests.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
