Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, admission, and discharge processes efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, maintaining organized calendars for various departments and specialists.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and administrative files with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional and helpful assistance to patients and visitors.
- Coordinate with medical staff, nurses, and other administrative personnel to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist in managing office supplies, equipment inventory, and facility maintenance requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Support the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.
