Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (as needed and appropriate for non-certified role).
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying living areas, and kitchen clean-up.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if necessary.
- Remind clients to take medications (not administer).
- Provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Observe and report any changes in the client's physical, mental, or emotional condition to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
- Document services provided accurately and promptly.
Required Skills
