Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for pharmaceutical products, including order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of products, particularly those requiring cold chain management.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure product availability and adherence to global standards (e.g., GDP, GMP).
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, customs brokers, and third-party warehouses, evaluating performance and resolving issues.
- Support demand forecasting and planning processes to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure all supply chain operations comply with relevant pharmaceutical regulations, local laws, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory management, and demand planning principles.
- Familiarity with cold chain management and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
