Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Healthcare Policy Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This pivotal role involves providing expert advice and strategic insights on healthcare policy, regulation, and public health initiatives. The Healthcare Policy Advisor will play a crucial part in shaping PureHealth’s strategic direction by conducting in-depth research, analyzing local and international healthcare trends, and advising senior leadership on policy development and implementation. You will be instrumental in translating complex regulatory requirements into actionable strategies, ensuring PureHealth remains compliant while also influencing future policy frameworks to foster innovation and improve health outcomes. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the UAE’s healthcare ecosystem, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for policy enhancement, developing robust policy recommendations, and contributing to the strategic discussions that will define the future of healthcare delivery within our expansive network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of current healthcare policies, regulations, and industry best practices at local, regional, and international levels.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the healthcare sector in the UAE, providing timely updates and strategic implications to senior management.
- Develop, review, and refine policy recommendations and position papers that align with PureHealth's strategic objectives and the UAE's national health agenda.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., legal, clinical, operations, strategy) to ensure policy integration and compliance across all PureHealth entities.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and public health organizations, to represent PureHealth’s interests and contribute to policy discourse.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership, outlining policy impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the implementation of new policies and programs, providing guidance and expertise to operational teams.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented policies, recommending adjustments and improvements based on data and outcomes.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, articles, and presentations on key healthcare policy issues.
