Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in and complete all assigned theoretical and practical training modules.
  • Master emergency medical procedures, including CPR, first aid, wound care, and patient stabilization techniques.
  • Learn to effectively assess patient conditions and determine appropriate emergency interventions.
  • Shadow experienced emergency medical personnel during supervised field exercises and community outreach programs.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of training progress, patient observations, and interventions.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with instructors, peers, patients, and their families in stressful situations.
  • Demonstrate a continuous commitment to learning, professionalism, and teamwork.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
