We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Healthcare Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Sydney. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large, complex datasets from various healthcare systems and sources.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to understand data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data sources.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of data models, ETL processes, and data warehousing strategies.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics, healthcare trends, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in at least one major Business Intelligence tool (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
- Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
