Key Responsibilities

- Support with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for service users.
