Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures in alignment with local and national regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments across the industrial estate to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees, contractors, and tenants on various H&S topics.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety legislation (e.g., Factories Act, OSHA guidelines where applicable).
- Prepare and present detailed H&S performance reports to management.
- Advise on the selection and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Foster a proactive safety culture through continuous communication and engagement with all stakeholders.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety Officer, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification abilities.

- Proficiency in developing and delivering safety training programs.
