Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust health and safety policies, procedures, and systems for the industrial estate.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits across all operational areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local, national, and international health and safety legislation and standards.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in Health & Safety management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Certified in relevant HSE qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH Managing Safely).
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard control techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian health and safety regulations and international best practices.
- Excellent incident investigation and reporting skills.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
