Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients upon arrival, assist them with coat check, offer beverages, and guide them to their respective stations.
- Perform thorough shampooing, conditioning, and precise rinsing of clients' hair, ensuring comfort and preparing their hair perfectly for subsequent services.
- Actively assist senior stylists during appointments, which includes mixing hair color formulations accurately, retrieving specific tools and products, and preparing treatment stations.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the entire salon, including sweeping hair, sanitizing styling chairs, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring shampoo bowls are spotless after each use.
- Ensure all salon tools, such as combs, brushes, and scissors, are meticulously sanitized and sterilized according to health and safety standards.
- Efficiently manage and restock inventory of salon supplies, towels, and retail products, ensuring everything is readily available for stylists and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs, engaging in polite conversation, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from start to finish.
- Actively observe and learn new hair styling techniques, product applications, and advanced salon procedures from experienced professionals, showing initiative to ask questions and improve.
- Manage all laundry duties, including washing, drying, and neatly folding towels and capes, ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens.
- Offer support to the front desk team during peak hours, which may include answering phone calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and managing client records.
