Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging online content, including interactive virtual styling tutorials, informative product demonstrations, and live Q&A sessions.
- Recommend and proactively promote Sorbet Group's extensive range of premium hair care and styling products, meticulously explaining their benefits and proper usage.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client consultations and recommendations, ensuring a personalized and continuous service experience.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest hair trends, innovative techniques, and product innovations to consistently offer cutting-edge advice.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to create compelling digital campaigns and valuable educational materials.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various digital channels (email, chat, social media).

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Hairdresser or Stylist, demonstrating a strong understanding of various hair types, cutting techniques, coloring, and styling.
