Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, trimming, and shaving for diverse clients.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs, provide professional recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute precise haircuts and styling for men, women, and children using various techniques and tools.
- Provide expert shaves and beard grooming services with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and training.
- Manage appointments, client records, and inventory of hair care products.
- Offer advice on hair care products and routines, actively promoting and selling salon products.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation.
- Adhere to all salon policies and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in various haircutting techniques (clipper cuts, scissor cuts, fades, layers).
- Proficient in shaving techniques, including straight razor shaves.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and precision in all grooming services.
- Knowledge of hair care products and their appropriate use.
