Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with hair washing, conditioning treatments, and preparing clients for services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salon, including workstations, tools, and common areas.
- Shampoo, rinse, and condition clients' hair thoroughly and professionally.
- Prepare styling tools, products, and equipment for stylists.
- Learn and practice basic hairdressing techniques under supervision, such as blow-drying, basic styling, and braiding.
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their comfort during their salon visit.
- Manage laundry, towel folding, and general tidiness of the salon.
- Observe and learn advanced cutting, coloring, and styling techniques from experienced professionals.
- Assist with retail product sales and provide basic product recommendations to clients.
