Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Stylists and Barbers with a variety of tasks, including shampooing, conditioning, and preparing clients for services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon floor, workstations, and treatment areas.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and products for services, ensuring all items are sanitized and readily available.
- Observe and learn advanced cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatment techniques from experienced professionals.
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting clients warmly, offering refreshments, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Participate actively in all in-house training programs, workshops, and educational seminars.
- Manage salon inventory, restocking supplies, and informing management of low stock levels.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with front desk duties as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, products, and industry best practices.
- Support salon marketing efforts by maintaining a professional and presentable appearance.
