Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists and barbers with client preparations, shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying.
- Observe and learn various cutting, styling, colouring, and barbering techniques.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of salon workstations, tools, and common areas.
- Greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure a positive salon experience.
- Learn about and promote salon products and services.
- Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop client communication skills, including consultation and aftercare advice.
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards of the salon.
