Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior stylists with all aspects of client services, including professional shampooing, conditioning, and specialized treatment applications.
- Prepare styling stations meticulously before each client appointment, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, organization, and readiness at all times.
- Observe, learn, and actively participate in various cutting, coloring, and styling techniques demonstrated by experienced professionals.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, offer beverages, and ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and luxurious salon experience.
- Maintain the highest salon cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the day, including sweeping hair, sanitizing tools, and tidying communal areas.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, ensuring a constant supply of fresh towels, capes, and gowns are readily available.
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and restocking shelves with salon products as needed.
- Actively attend and engage in all in-house training sessions, workshops, and educational programs to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide exceptional client care and support, consistently contributing to a positive and uplifting salon atmosphere.
- Shadow senior stylists during consultations and services to understand client needs, preferences, and the art of professional communication.
- Learn extensively about product knowledge, ingredients, and how to confidently recommend appropriate hair care and styling products to clients.
